Widespread Panic was formed in 2010 as a venue for players to down end-game content, in a structured raiding environment, but without the smug/elitist behavior typical of "successful" guilds.
We invite you to browse through our content. If you are interested in joining, we ask that you proceed to the Recruitment Tab. Don't be afraid to apply if we haven't specifically asked for your class/spec. We're always looking for talented members and feel there are elements of this game worth exploring beyond increasing our item levels.
We currently have a regular 10-man progression team that has been running for several months, and anticipate expanding to 25-man as soon as the roster can be filled. We attempt to involve as many people in guild events as possible and have designated weekends for "casual" raiding such as older content, mount runs, achievements, etc.
Our doors are open to all, regardless of level, class, or playstyle, though it is worth mentioning that we don't believe in censorship or (genuine) prejudice. All that we ask is that everyone does their best to remember that many people play this game in an effort to get AWAY from the stress and drama that real life offers in abundance, so please attempt not to antagonize or offend other players.
While we aren't an "adults only" guild, it should be known that conversation "occasionally" includes references to sex and drugs. And a whole hell of a lot of Rock & Roll!
